Federal Judge rules against TerrI Schiavo's parents...

This is indeed sad and not at all the ruling we were hoping for. My concern now is that even if they get this before Federal Appeals Court by the end of the day, Terri will have gone close to 100 hours without her feeding tube and that could mean more and irreversible damage to her already fragile body. We will continue to hope and pray for Terri and her family that they will at least insert the feeding tube while they go through the federal court system.

U.S. District Judge James Whittemore said the 41-year-old woman's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, had not established a "substantial likelihood of success" at trial on the merits of their arguments.
